I think I know what we need at the moment. There may however be additional elements we want to add further down the line as we develop our projects and get a better feel for what we can do with the data – I take it we would be able to add features and reports easily enough in the future?
Yes, you can easiily add 'Add ons' to your account at any time. Add ons include custom boundaries, Archive Reports, or premium data such as Activity Trends. To do this, simply log into your account, then use the 'Purchase Add ons' button on your Account portal to select the add ons you would like.
I’m thinking about the custom boundaries and historic data. Basically, we can use the standard information available through the ‘Pro’ subscription but want to also create 2-3 customer boundaries for projects that are soon to be starting. However, we have more projects in the pipeline but they aren’t as far advanced so we aren’t ready to consider these yet.So for now we are keen to sign up for the year ‘Pro’ subscription and include 3 custom boundaries, but then add some more later and just want to make sure the invoice reflects this.
You can absolutely start by purchasing the Pro subscription and three custom boundaries now and can add additional custom boundaries as they progress further in your pipeline; that is no issue at all. Custom boundaries can be purchased through our platform as an "Add on". To request additional custom boundaries, check out our Purchasing Guide in the Help Centre. This guide walks you through how you can build your own quote directly in our platform, as well as add "Add Ons" to your account. The Help Centre also includes articles on how to request a custom location or choose the best comparison locations.
I'm not sure what my Pro seat includes, if we start this month is it one month of data, and then one archive report? I thought we had a 12 month view but is that from this date onwards? I’d like to be able to contrast a warm month to a cold month to be honest as our assumption is that the weather and wind plays a big role in curbing visitation. Perhaps we should go for June?
The custom report that is part of your order will show September 2024 data and be refreshed monthly for the 12 months of your subscription. Each refresh shows the data results of the previous month.The archive report functions like a 'snapshot' of a point in time - a single calendar month - so it will always show the data results for whichever month you request it to cover.

I’m curious to know what is ‘custom’ about the Springly 1.2km radius that forms part of our Pro subscription?I’m confused because the Pro Seat quote stated that it included detailed results for a custom location but Springly doesn’t seem any more custom than say Greenvale or Villton. Is Springly also one of the 9,300 ‘public’ locations?
All paid seats include 1 custom location. Custom locations are where you are able to define a geography of your choice, in this instance you have requested to align the data boundary with your 2023 results - a 1.2km radius from the centre of Midland.Custom locations are only visible by the person requesting it, and every month the data capture area will be the same.Custom locations also include:> Access to the Explorer tool, enabling you to dive into the amenities data> The monthly reports save in your library, enabling you to 'look back' month by monthSpringly is also included as a 'public' location. Public locations are generated from the busiest part of each suburb - this means they may move around from month to month if the 'busy' area changes.
